Can anyone buy from Prime Foods?
We sell to businesses: grocery stores, restaurants, caterers and wholesalers. Register a trade account to start ordering.
How do I see your prices?
Trade prices show once your account is approved and you are logged in to our online catalogue.
Is there a minimum order?
For pickup at our warehouse there is no minimum order. It is how we look after our local customers. For customers outside the Greater Calgary area, we keep minimums low and flexible so you get the best possible delivered price. Tell us what your business needs and we will work with you on an order size that keeps you competitive.
How fast do you deliver?
Orders ship the next business day. We use our own in-house trucks and the most efficient delivery method for your area to get product on your shelves as soon as possible. Exact delivery times vary by city and province.
Which provinces do you deliver to?
Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Manitoba, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
Can you bring in a brand you don’t carry yet?
Our directors are always sourcing new lines. Tell us what your customers keep asking for and we will look into it.
Can I pick up my order?
Our warehouse is at 292176 Wagon Wheel Blvd, Unit 117, Rocky View County, AB T4A 3P8, just north of Calgary. Pickup customers are welcome; call ahead so your order is ready.
How can I pay?
We offer flexible payment to suit how your business works: e-Transfer, cash, bank transfer and cheque. Some methods, such as cheques, take longer to clear and can delay an order.
Do you have bulk sizes for restaurants?
Yes. Along with bulk garlic, ginger and ginger-garlic paste and bulk mango, mixed and crushed pickle, we carry bulk spices and seeds (such as chaat masala and fennel), basmati and sella rice in large bags, flours, lentils, cooking oils, large packs of dates and more. Ask your sales rep for the full list of foodservice sizes.
